What’s Always Included:
Rooftop + indoor access
All tables, chairs, barware, and lounge furniture
AV, sound system and microphones
Setup assistance (first 2 hours)
Bring-your-own food, we will supply the alcohol and bar service.
No venue fee, no corkage, no vendor restrictions.
Beverage Pricing
What is your deposit and payment policy?
To secure your date, a 25% deposit of your estimated bar minimum is due at booking.
An additional 50% is due 30 days prior to the event
The remaining 25% + gratuity is due either before or immediately after the event depending on your selection:
Per-Person Bar Packages: Paid in advance
Consumption-Based Bar: Billed after the event
We’ll send a full rental agreement and secure payment links to make it easy.
Can I tour the venue?
Absolutely. We offer both in-person and virtual tours.
